A few weeks ago, I shared 10 foods that help boost immunity and berries were one of them. Since having the baby I have felt like I needed a body restart.

My diet has been full of convenience eating–eating things that were in front of me, left over parts from the kids dinner, or anything in the fridge when I realize halfway through the day that I hadn’t eaten anything at all.

Although all is not perfect in this new mom of three life, I am learning that if I ever want to drop this baby weight I need to be more intentional about my diet.

I have always loved smoothies, they are easy to prep and fantastic to make one handed with an infant on your hip. This Blueberry Banana Mango smoothie is no exception. (By the way I have learned how to do A LOT of things with an infant on my hip. A LOT.)

This smoothie combines my favorite ingredients for a delicious combination. I’ll be honest whenever there is fruit involved I love to somehow include mango. Blame it on my childhood summers spent in Jamaica, it is my absolute favorite fruit.

Hey Nellie,

YUM! I love the combination of flavors and colors. Healthy, filling, and delicious. As a smoothie fan, I will try this soon. I know my family will love it. What happens if I leave out the coconut milk?

I love smoothies, but I don't eat bananas so I'm trying to figure out what to use instead. I have heard that frozen mango works to thicken, so, maybe ... either way, yum!

this is a blend i haven't tried...not sure why because all the fruits are my faves! instead of coconut milk, i add orange juice and vanilla yogurt. also - i need a new blender so i can get back to making these!
