Ever since I discovered weights, I have been completely obsessed. There aren’t a lot of women who love strength training and I feel like it’s my job to introduce everyone to this amazing, fat burning, workout!

What I love most about strength training is that you can never really hit a wall, you can always go higher, get stronger and learn new moves!
