Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup ice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 naval orange (peeled)
  • 1/2 of a large carrot (chopped into chunks) or about 5 baby carrots
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed

Instructions
