A super easy and healthy smoothie recipe featuring blueberries, oats, chia seeds and bananas!


  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 (5.3 oz) blueberry yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
