This amazing blueberry banana mango smoothie is perfect for breakfast or anytime. Filled with lots of delicious nutrients you will make this again and again!
After six months I think I have finally gotten a grip on things. I have managed to get my new mom of three life a wee bit under control and as a result I am able to focus on my nutrition more.
I take my hat off to new moms who are able to meal plan and focus on good eating because that mom simply isn’t me. I’ve been making a a few new recipes and I am excited to share this blueberry banana mango smoothie recipe with you today.
A few weeks ago, I shared 10 foods that help boost immunity and berries were one of them. Since having the baby I have felt like I needed a body restart.
My diet has been full of convenience eating–eating things that were in front of me, left over parts from the kids dinner, or anything in the fridge when I realize halfway through the day that I hadn’t eaten anything at all.
Although all is not perfect in this new mom of three life, I am learning that if I ever want to drop this baby weight I need to be more intentional about my diet.
I have always loved smoothies, they are easy to prep and fantastic to make one handed with an infant on your hip. This Blueberry Banana Mango smoothie is no exception. (By the way I have learned how to do A LOT of things with an infant on my hip. A LOT.)
This smoothie combines my favorite ingredients for a delicious combination. I’ll be honest whenever there is fruit involved I love to somehow include mango. Blame it on my childhood summers spent in Jamaica, it is my absolute favorite fruit.
This smoothie packs tons of great nutrients and it’s such a core part of my diet reset. I realized that in the haze of the newborn, my nutrition choices definitely was not the best. Enjoy and let me know how much you love it!

I love smoothies, but I don't eat bananas so I'm trying to figure out what to use instead. I have heard that frozen mango works to thicken, so, maybe ... either way, yum!
