Healthy Two Ingredient Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower
I’ve written before about how easy life has been since I bought my air fryer/pressure cooker combo. Today I have a really simple Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower vegetable side dish or appetizer that is sure to please!
Vegetables In The Air Fryer
To be honest, I LOVE putting all sorts of vegetables in the air fryer. One of my most popular recipes is for the Air Fryer Roasted vegetables!
I love putting asparagus in the air fryer, potatoes and of course my favorite Brussels sprouts. It makes the process easier, all you have to do is preheat the air fryer for a couple of minutes and throw the vegetables in for a quick side dish or snack. Plus the air fryer adds a crunchy/crispy texture that makes it even more enjoyable!
You can certainly season the veggies, I tend to use a little salt and pepper and maybe a touch of olive oil but it can be whatever flavor profile you like, which includes any other type of seasoning.

How To Make Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower
This recipe is legitimately the simplest recipe I have ever shared! All you need is the cauliflower and some Frank’s red hot sauce (or whichever hot sauce you prefer!).
First step: Wash and cut cauliflower into florets.
Second Step: In a medium bowl combine cauliflower and buffalo sauce and toss until everything is coated.
Third Step: Place in Air fryer basket and set temperature to 390. (Don’t forget to pre warm your air fryer!)
Fourth Step: Cook for 10 minutes then shake or flip.
Fifth Step: Then cook for another 10 minutes.
Final Step: Serve hot with extra sauce or dip of choice!
