These air fryer fish tacos are great for a weeknight meal!

Ingredients

  • ⁃ 4 tilapia fish fillets, (if frozen, make sure they are thawed or fresh)
  • ⁃ 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • ⁃ 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • ⁃ 6 corn tortillas
  • ⁃ 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • ⁃ Lime
  • ⁃ Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat air fryer at 300°
  2. Place the fillets in an oil spray pie pan or dish that fit your air fryer basket.
  3. Season the fillets with the garlic and taco seasoning.
  4. Cook fillets at 300°f for 10 minutes, flipping fillets after 5 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, remove the pan carefully and using a firm spatula or wooded spoon, chop the fillets breaking them up and mixing well with the seasonings.
  6. Warm the tortillas in the microwave and fill with the fish. Top with coleslaw, chopped cilantro and lime juice.
  7. Enjoy!
