Super Healthy Orange Carrot Smoothie Recipe

This super simple smoothie recipe is perfect for anytime and has tons of healthy benefits!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup ice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 naval orange (peeled)
  • 1/2 of a large carrot (chopped into chunks) or about 5 baby carrots
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients into a smoothie maker/blender.

2. Blend until well combined and smooth.

3. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
