Prepare a simple yet sweet dessert with this Lemon 7UP Bundt Cake recipe. It is light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious to serve after dinner with the family.

Lemon 7UP Bundt Cake

A bundt cake is any type of cake baked in a bundt pan, leaving the dessert with a unique shape and design. With this Lemon 7UP Bundt Cake, you can prepare a sweet dessert with a hint of lemon using simple ingredients, such as boxed yellow cake mix, instant lemon pudding, and traditional 7UP soda.

You will even get to add a sweet touch to the top of your cake by preparing a fresh glaze made with powdered sugar, milk, and lemon juice.

How long does it take to make the cake?

It will take about 50-55 minutes to prepare the Lemon 7UP Bundt Cake. You will spend 10 minutes or less combining your ingredients in a mixing bowl and blending them together.

Once you pour the ingredients into your bundt pan, you can pop it in the oven and allow the cake to cook for up to 45 minutes.

Which boxed cake mix should I use?

The brand of your boxed cake mix is not important. You can use any of your favorites, such as Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, or even Duncan Hines.

It is fine to use a generic brand of boxed cake mix, but you do need to make sure to get the yellow cake mix for this recipe.

Do I use fresh lemon juice for the glaze?

You can use two tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice or two tablespoon of lemon juice from a bottle. It does not matter too much because both will provide the same great taste when combined with the milk and powdered sugar to create a tasty glaze.

When do I apply the glaze to the cake?

Give your Lemon 7UP Bundt Cake time to cool down before you add your glaze to it. Once the cake feels cool to the touch, pour the glaze over it.
