If you are ready to make a delicious crustless pumpkin pie, here are some of our favorite tips for making it the best:

  • Grease your pie pan. Many people forget to do this since you don’t often have to with a crust pie, but it is necessary for this  pumpkin pie.
  • Use evaporated milk (not sweetened condensed milk)
  • Bring eggs to room temperature before mixing into the recipe.
  • Use pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

Easy Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 55 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

A holiday favorite, crustless pumpkin pie! All of the amazing delicious flavors of pumpkin pie without the crust!


  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 
3 eggs
  • 2 cups canned pumpkin 
3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and flour. Add eggs; mix well.
  2. Stir in the pumpkin, milk, vanilla and cinnamon if desired; mix until well blended.
  3. Pour into a greased 9-in. pie plate. Place pie plate in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan; add 1/2 in. of hot water to pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
