This delicious brussels sprouts salad is so good! Made with feta cheese, bacon and walnuts–it’s a great salad with dinner or on it’s own!
Brussels Sprouts Salad: The Urban Twist on Greens
Let’s flip the script on Brussels sprouts real quick. We’re not talking about that soggy side dish at grandma’s holiday feast. Nah, we’re serving up Brussels Sprouts Salad that’s crunchy, nutty, and straight-up bursting with flavor. This ain’t your average salad; it’s a fresh mix of dried cranberries, pecans, feta cheese, and crispy bacon, all drizzled with a tangy-sweet dressing that’ll have you coming back for seconds.
What’s Good to Know
Can I prep this ahead of time? Yeah, for sure! Whip it up a few hours before you plan to dive in and let it chill. Hit it with that dressing right before you serve to keep everything crisp.
How do I get these sprouts shredded up right? Got a food processor? Use that shredding blade to get the job done quick. No processor? A mandoline slicer or a sharp knife will get those sprouts sliced up nice and thin for the perfect crunch.
I’m not feeling one of the ingredients, can I switch it up? Absolutely! Switch pecans for whatever nuts you’re vibing with, swap out feta for goat cheese or parmesan, and if you’re not into cranberries, throw in some pomegranate seeds or apple bits to make it your own.

- Brussels sprouts, because they’re the star
