you know when i saw you Instagram this i was hoping you'd blog about it, right?! i've been eating kale my whole life. my mama fixed it for me growing up. if i add it to my green smoothies, i have to throw in a little more green apple because it can be a bit spicy. i don't have coconut oil...EVOO will have to do!

ha :) Yes, one thing I noticed is that it has a bit of a kick. I am seeing coconut oil EVERYWHERE in like a million recipes. I think I just need to take my tail down to Whole Foods and get some.
