Weekly Wednesday Workout: Cross Crunches
It’s my birthday, I am now officially 31. TRIENTA Y UNO! I am so happy and blessed to make it this far in life, some people don’t. Today I am taking a rest day because unlike last year I refuse to get my butt kicked on my birthday–besides I have been lifting some crazy heavy weights this week and my body is TYAD.
Without further adieu, lets work on those abs shall we?
Now, this is a pretty basic move. One you will see everyone doing in the gym and in every class. However, I think I have a new love for this move because of the
awesome and amazing accent this guy has simplicity of the move and the ability to target many muscles. I have been slacking majorly on the abs workout and its starting to show, everywhere is getting smaller except my abs, so I better get to work if I plan of wearing lots of bodycon dresses this summer. 🙂
