This Easter Charcuterie Board is made with your favorite sweets and fruits for the holiday!

Ingredients

  • 8 Chick peeps
  • 4-8 Peanut Butter Chocolate Eggs
  • 12-15 Cadbury Chocolate eggs
  • 8 Shortbread Cookies
  • 3 vanilla wafers
  • 3 strawberry wafers
  • 13 Strawberries
  • ½ cup green buttercream frosting
  • Easter/Pastel sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the tops off of 12 strawberries so they can lay flat, bottom’s up, on the charcuterie board.
  2. Cut the 6 wafers in half lengthwise.
  3. On the charcuterie board, place the vanilla and strawberry wafer halves in the middle alternating the colors.
  4. Create an egg shape with the strawberries around the wafers. Above the wafers make three rows, starting with 3 strawberries, then two, then topping the tip of the egg with one. Under the wafters, make 2 rows, the first of 4 strawberries, then 3.
  5. Place 2 shortbread cookies in the left top corner of the charcuterie board, 2 on the right top, and so forth on the bottom left and right. Your want there to be a good amount of even space between each pair of cookies.
  6. Now place the green frosting in a piping bag fitted with the grass tip.
  7. Squeeze out loops of the frosting in any charcuterie space left for the first layer. Once you have the first layer of frosting, use a motion of squeezing and pulling the piping bag straight up to give the full grass effect.
  8. Cover the grass with pastel sprinkles.
  9. Place two peeps, side by side, in front of each pair of shortbread cookies.
  10. Then add one or 2 peanut butter chocolate eggs in front of the chicks.
  11. Lastly spread out a few eggs around the board to fill in any extra grassy space.
  12. Serve this easter charcuterie at any event!
