Weekly Wednesday Workout: Single Leg Raises
We are taking it back to the abs this week!

We have done full leg raises before and we all know how tough those are! This time around we are doing single leg raises which are just as hard, or maybe a little harder. I do these 3 times a week as a part of the program design my personal trainer gave me and I can attest that these are the business! I tend to hold up a weight too, but that part is totally optional! For even more fun you can try a mini crunch just as each leg goes up. 😉

This is a great variation on something I already do! I love being able to mix it up a little so thanks for this. I actually posted a mini-workout video on my site today. Clearly we have to hook-up for a “Workout Wednesday” post!!

Just like I said to Allie on her site this morning, I need to workout my legs definitely more now and have totally been getting lazy on this. But as you know I unfortunately can’t do the floor exercises with my back anymore. But always love to see still what you have in store for Wednesdays now!! 🙂

I don’t hold the weight thingy but I did try this one out I am scared of my thighs hurting like last week

I do these a lot in physique 57 We don’t hold a weight but we usually add an upper body crunch as well. So tough.
yes, I like the upper body crunch, I pretty much like any move that works the whole body!

We do single leg raises in Pilates but they are different and I def don’t hold up a weight. LOL! I love all these twists you find on exercises.
The single leg one is hard enough! 🙂
