Weekly Wednesday Workout: Single Leg Raises
We are taking it back to the abs this week!
We have done full leg raises before and we all know how tough those are! This time around we are doing single leg raises which are just as hard, or maybe a little harder. I do these 3 times a week as a part of the program design my personal trainer gave me and I can attest that these are the business! I tend to hold up a weight too, but that part is totally optional! For even more fun you can try a mini crunch just as each leg goes up. 😉
