Weekly Wednesday Workout: Rocking Planks
Today we are working those abs!
This one is a classic type of plank! I love it because it spices up the regular plank and keeps you from getting bored–or rather staring at a spot wondering when did a minute turn into 10 hours. I like these a lot and my trainer used to make be do them but since I am hip heavy I found myself having a hard time picking back up after twisting. I also had to pay close attention to my breathing because it is easy to get your breath caught while you twist.
