Weekly Wednesday Workout: Side To Side Plies

 

This week we are back working our legs! This workout is gurantee to get that heart racing while simultaneously shaping those legs 🙂

We have done Plie Squats before so I figured you guys are so good that its time to do some advanced moves. I have done these and it’s amazing how quickly the heart rate jumps and how quickly you are out of breath! I love a good squat so any variation of the move is great to me! What I love about Plie Squats is that it attacks that tough inner thigh area that can be difficult to tone. Let’s start with 20 of these, shall we? 🙂

My trainer had me doing those back in the day when I had a trainer.lol. I was so out of breath and it was difficult to maintain my form. I’m with Kita. I think I’ll start with 5. lol
