Weekly Wednesday Workout: Pilates Shoulder Bridge
It’s time for your Weekly Wednesday Workout! Today we are focusing on the bum, the booty, the rear end, the junk in the trunk!
I kinda like this move! As soon as I did one I felt the muscle in my butt working! I don’t do them as gracefully as this lady does them but I still did them! This is great for toning the rear end while working some muscles in the legs as well. I’m not sure how many reps I can do but I can certainly try for as many as possible!
