Weekly Wednesday Workout: Lying Frog Kicks
Today we are doing another workout from the lady with the fancy tights :). I particularly like this one because I have never seen it before!
It is not particularly challenging in the way that will have you huffing and puffing but its really great for the inner thigh muscles as you will definitely feel the burn. My inner thighs are definitely one of my target spots so I will be doing this one! Just another fun leg exercise to do in front of the TV! (And yes, because I know you are thinking it—the hubbies will love it!) Ribbit Ribbit!
