Weekly Wednesday Workout: Lying Frog Kicks

 

Today we are doing another workout from the lady with the fancy tights :). I particularly like this one because I have never seen it before!

It is not particularly challenging in the way that will have you huffing and puffing but its really great for the inner thigh muscles as you will definitely feel the burn. My inner thighs are definitely one of my target spots so I will be doing this one! Just another fun leg exercise to do in front of the TV! (And yes, because I know you are thinking it—the hubbies will love it!) Ribbit Ribbit!

Lol at Lashawn. I actually do try each one when you put it up some of them I can do and some I be like forget this. This one was pretty easy I need an exercise to help my booty pop cause I don’t have any.

Need to not have such issues with my lower back. I used to do all sorts of floor type exercises now I would be afraid that I couldn’t get back up from the floor without throwing my lower back out. Looks like a great workout exercise though and seriously wish I could try.

No I haven’t done this one, but I have done leg lifts and I don’t like them very much. I know they are good for me though! We do them at our boot camp.

haha! I was actually thinking that my husband might like Layla too, and not just this exercise. I love exercising in front of the TV. Is that wrong?

Layla is just so gorgeous! I love exercising in front of the TV! the baby usually jumps on me before I could ever get through a set 🙂

The husband arrives home from a business trip tonight…I wonder what he would do if he found me doing these when he gets home! In all honesty, they look like they could really be a great thigh workout. I’ll have to add them to my rotation!
