Weekly Wednesday Workout: Crab Dips
Time to work the whole body out with one body weight move!
Oh man so this one is not easy! Try this if you want but I am not recommending you do it cold! Make sure you warm up first so you don’t pull any muscles. 🙂 I tried this in my living room while watching the biggest loser and man it took me a couple of tries!! I would definitely try the low dip before going into the full bridge. This one is not for the faint BUT it is an awesome workout for the entire body especially the arms!
