You may think that this recipe has a lot of ingredients and is difficult to make. Honestly, this recipe is as easy as going to the drive-thru and ordering a cheeseburger. Every mom or dad needs a list of easy meals that they can make at any time. 

Ingredients for Leftover Turkey Sliders

Now that you have decided to make these, you may be wondering what ingredients are needed for sliders. 

Sandwich rolls – This is something easy that you can pick up at the store. 

Shredded turkey – I love that this recipe calls for shredded turkey. You’ll be glad you used turkey like this because it makes the sliders taste so much better. 

Swiss cheese – Can I just say how amazing swiss cheese tastes on these sliders? So good! 

Dijon mustard – I have to say that all of the flavor comes from this dijon mustard. Don’t forget when you head to the grocery store. It’s an important ingredient in this recipe.

Poultry seasoning – If you have never used poultry seasoning before, you’re in for a yummy treat. It always tastes so good on the turkey sliders. 

Butter – Whatever you do, don’t forget the butter in this recipe. It’ll help make everything delicious as it bakes.

Amazing Leftover Turkey Sliders

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet sandwich rolls
  • 3 cups cooked, shredded turkey
  • 6-9 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, or more as desired
  • 2 Tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Grease and line a 9” x 13” casserole dish.
  3. Cut the sandwich roll sheet in half through the middle and lay the bottom half of the sandwiches in the casserole dish.
  4. Layer on the shredded turkey, followed by the Swiss cheese slices.
  5. Cover the sandwich fillings with the top of the sandwich sheet.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and dijon mustard over medium-high heat, whisking to emulsify together.
  7. Pour the butter over the sandwiches, using a pastry brush to ensure even coating.
  8. Evenly sprinkle the poultry seasoning over the buns.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes, until butter is fully absorbed and sandwich tops are lightly browned.
  10. Slice and serve.
