Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I love everything breakfast so much that I often have it for dinner — lovingly called “brinner” in my house. 

When I saw this amazing Tik Tok Tortilla Wrap Hack I was instantly in love because honestly I’ve been cooking so much these days and I have pretty much run out of ideas at this point!

What is inside of this Breakfast Wrap Tortilla?

The ingredients of this wrap are really simple and very easily customizable.

Precooked Breakfast meat of choice: In this particular example breakfast sausage was used but you can easily switch it out for bacon or even chorizo. I am a fan of the bacon egg and cheese combo myself! 

Scrambled Eggs: This is something that we eat pretty much everyday. I love eggs so much and therefore I must have them daily!

Precooked Hashbrowns: We generally keep these on hand too.

Large Tortillas: Emphasis on large! These might work with the smaller version but we haven’t tried yet.

Cheddar Cheese: Yes Please.

Mozzarella Cheese: More yes please.

When do I serve these Breakfast Tortilla Wraps?

Anytime! They are easy to make for breakfast  or even a late brunch. They are handheld so you don’t need any silverware and you can even give it to the kids as they head out the door for school!

How do I make these yummy breakfast wraps?

Grab the ingredients mentioned above, cut a line one half of the tortilla.

Please each ingredient in each layer, then fold it for a yummy breakfast wrap that you can take on the road with you!

Yield: 3-6 wraps

Tik Tok Tortilla Wrap Hack: Breakfast Wraps

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

These breakfast wraps are so yummy and easy to make. Take advantage of this cool tik tok viral cooking hack today!


  • Precooked Breakfast meat of choice Scrambled Eggs
  • Precooked Hashbrowns
  • Large Tortillas
  • Cheddar Cheese Mozzarella Cheese


  1. Precook all of the breakfast items
  2. Cut a large tortilla in half only on one side of the tortilla.
  3. Imagine that the tortilla is in four quadrants.
  4. Place your topping of choice in each of the quadrants.
  5. Fold over the first quadrants *see photo*
  6. Fold that set over to the right.
  7. Fold down completing the wrap.
  8. Place into a preheated panini machine for a flatter wrap.
  9. Place onto a griddle or frying pan with melted butter for a thicker, but toasted wrap. If using a griddle or frying pan toast on both sides.
  10. Cut in half and serve 


    Best practice tips:
    Chop up all of the ingredients and add a little of each topping in each quadrant instead of splitting them up for the ultimate bite
    If placing 4 items in the four sections, end with cheese as its less likely to fall out.
    Place things that aren’t as stable like scrambled eggs in one of the two center quadrants to help hold them in place..
    This is best served with whatever your favorite foods are.
