  • 1 package of hawaiian dinner rolls, cut in half lengthwise
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 8 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • Sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a 13x9 baking dish with nonstick spray 
  2. Scramble the eggs with the milk and salt & pepper and cook, set aside 
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish

  5. Place to top half of the rolls over the layers
