- 1 package of hawaiian dinner rolls, cut in half lengthwise
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 10 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 8 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chives
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a 13x9 baking dish with nonstick spray
- Scramble the eggs with the milk and salt & pepper and cook, set aside
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish
- Layer on the eggs, cheese, and crumbled bacon
- Place to top half of the rolls over the layers
- Combine the melted butter and garlic and brush over the top of the rolls
- Bake for 15 minutes
