Flatbread Taco Pizza include flatbread crust, ground turkey that is fat-free, taco seasoning, refried beans, Mexican blend shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and light sour cream.

All of these ingredients work together to create the most delicious pizza you will ever have. And this pizza is not only better for you, but the flavor is better than any pizza you can order.

You are using fresh ingredients which is always a great thing! I personally love the tomatoes and lettuce on my pizza. 

How to Store Skinny Flatbread Taco Pizza

One thing to know about taco pizza is that it does get soggy when you put it in the fridge. It is best consumed in one sitting.

The only way to keep it from getting soggy is to keep the fresh ingredients off of it until you are ready to enjoy it. For example, you may add the tomatoes and lettuce AFTER you decide you want to eat the pizza.

Easy Skinny Flatbread Taco Pizza
Yield: 1 flat bread

Easy Skinny Flatbread Taco Pizza

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 11 minutes
Total Time: 31 minutes

This skinny flatbread taco pizza comes with all the flavor and way less calories! This recipe is easy to make and easy on your waist!


  • • 1 Flatout artisan flatbread crust
  • • ½ pound fat free ground turkey
  • • 2-3 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • • ½ cup fat free refried beans
  • • 1/3 cup low fat Mexican blend shredded cheese
  • • ½ cup shredded lettuce (I used Romaine)
  • • ½ cup finely chopped tomato’s
  • • ¼ cup light sour cream


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Sauté ground turkey until fully cooked, adding in 2-3 teaspoons of taco seasoning and 3 teaspoons of water to coat turkey mixture.
  3. Spray the Flatout crust on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.  Bake 3 minutes and then flip the crust over to bake 3 more minutes.
  4. Remove flatbread from the oven and evenly spread refried beans, spoon the meat mixture on and sprinkle the top with shredded cheese. 
  5. Bake for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and drizzle with sour cream.
  7. Cut into slices and enjoy!
