It’s no secret that we love pizza in this household. We make a lot of it. We have done pizza all the ways — we have frozen pizza, fresh pizza front scratch and so many more varieties!

Living in New York City, where we are known for the best pizza in the world (sorry if you think that is not true, but the water here makes for two things: the BEST pizza and the BEST bagels!)

Now that we have been home a lot, we order in sometimes, but most days we need to make a quick lunch so the kids can get back to distance learning.

It took me a while to get used to the schedule but finally I think I have fallen into a groove of figuring out what the kids like for lunch, because I’m realizing–like school–there needs to be a bit of variety!

Today’s Mini Deep Dish Pizza recipe is incredibly simple and cost friendly! The best part is, the kids can choose what they would like a toppings which is a win for everyone!
