Ingredients

  • 3-4 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs, whisked
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots

  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 cup white basmati rice
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Set instant pot in saute mode.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and eggs.
  3. Stir to scramble.
