One of my favorite exercise classes that requires little to no equipment is boxing. Boxing Classes require that you punch, kick, jab, hook your way to fitness. Have you seen boxing athletes? They are lean and mean and they pretty much only use their body weight to train!
Boxing is one of my favorite workouts, it is not only a really great way to strength train and burn calories, but if you have any unresolved aggression, this is a great way to work it out too. It is also a workout that utilizes high kicks, and getting down on the floor. The moves are repetitive but when you get into the combinations is when you have the real fun!
As busy women and moms, there are some days where you may not be able to go out for a workout class or a run. These classes are perfect for those times! If you have a smart TV you can access your YouTube app and stream these boxing classes directly onto your TV. Alternatively you can stream on your laptop, computer, or even tablet. The best thing is that these classes are FREE! Just try not to cardio kickbox your kids in the process. 🙂
