Slow Cooker Queso Blanco Dip

Makes 10 servings

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

1 32-ounce package Velveeta queso blanco cheese

1 10-ounce can diced tomatoes and green chilies

Instructions:

1. Spray the bowl of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Cut the Velveeta into cubes and place in the bowl of the slow cooker.
3. Top the cheese with the tomatoes and green chilies.
4. Place the lid on the slow cooker and set to cook on low for at least one hour.
5. After one hour, remove the lid and stir to mix the melted cheese and tomatoes together.
