This super easy 6 ingredient slow cooker beef pasta dish is great for a weeknight meal!
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 packet of dry italian dressing mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb egg noodles, cooked
- Parsley, for garnish, optional
- Place the stew meat in the slow cooker
- Sprinkle on the dry italian dressing mix and stir to coat the meat
- Cut the stick of butter into 4 equal pieces and place on top of the seasoned meat
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally
- When the meat is done, cook and drain the noodles then stir them directly into the slow cooker
- Mix, serve, and enjoy!
