Easy Homemade Mango Strawberry Popsicles

These Homemade Mango Strawberry Popsicles are made with fresh strawberries and are perfect for a hot summer day. These pops are made with simple ingredients and everyone will love these tasty treats!

Growing up one of my favorite things to make on my own was a tasty popsicle, it’s one of my all time favorites. I remember popsicles being one of the only things I could make unassisted and that I could share with my friends with reckless abandon.

Sometimes I’d get super fancy and mix juices, or just add a simple juice to the popsicle molds–sometimes we even used ice cube trays!

Today I’m sharing a super easy recipe using fresh fruit that has a great flavor and everyone will adore them. Homemade popsicle recipes are my JAM and these ice pops are so good! It’s the perfect way to cool off in the summer months.

There are so many different recipes when it comes to making popsicles. Some folks use fresh mint, coconut milk, maple syrup, greek yogurt, lime juice, fresh lemon juice, refined sugar, brown sugar and some even use a dash of cayenne pepper. Today we won’t be needing any of that as this delicious popsicles recipe only requires 4 ingredients.

The first step is grabbing your favorite popsicle mold. Making your own popsicles is definitely the perfect treat for all summer (and beyond!). The warm weather + strawberry season makes the perfect treat! I had to add some mango pieces because who doesn’t love mangoes?!

This Mango strawberry popsicle recipe has no added sugar and it is made with healthy ingredients. They are made with real fruit and it’s one of the most refreshing popsicles you will make this summer.

What ingredients are needed for these strawberry flavor popsicles?

3/4 cup mango nectar

10-12 fresh strawberries, chopped

1 cup frozen mango chunks

3 tablespoons honey

Glass measuring cups

Pairing knife

Cutting board

Popsicle mold

Popsicle sticks 

Food processor

This popsicle mixture so good with so few ingredients. Fruit popsicles are just one of those things that stay in your freezer at all times! These delicious treats can be made even by the kids. It’s truly my favorite time of year because they are so fun to make!

Yield: 8 Popsicles

Easy Homemade Mango Strawberry Popsicles

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Additional Time: 8 hours
Total Time: 8 hours 20 minutes

These easy homemade mango strawberry popsicles are made with only 3 ingredients and are perfect for a warm summer day!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mango nectar
  • 10-12 fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or high speed blender and pulse until smooth. 
  2. if you want to see chunks of fruit, don’t blend all the fruit. Save some and fold it into the mixture once smooth. 
  3. Pour popsicle mixture into popsicle mold. Freeze 6-8 hours 
  4. To release the popsicles from the mold, pull on the mold like you want to wiggle them out. Place a finger on the bottom and push the pop out. 

Notes

If that doesn’t work run the mold under warm water until you can pull on the popsicle sticks and the popsicles release.
