Ingredients

  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 3-4 slices of bacon, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 slices of American cheese
  • 9 egg roll wraps
  • Sauce:
  • 1/4 c of ketchup
  • 1/4 c of mayonnaise
  • 1 T diced pickles
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over med-high, brown your meat. Add your spices, vinegar, Worcestershire, and onions.
  2. Layout egg roll wrapper in the position of a diamond.
  3. Place two spoonfuls of meat to the center of the wrapper. 
  4. Top with bacon and a quarter slice of cheese.
  5. Lightly wet the edge of the wrapper with water
  6. Fold left and right corners into the center.
  7. Fold the bottom corner and roll the egg rolls shut, squeezing the air out as you roll. 
  8. Lightly wet the exposed corner to seal it down.
  9. Place parchment into air fryer basket, spray the parchment with oil. Place the egg rolls in the basket and spray with oil. 
  10. Cook for 10 minutes on 370f, flipping halfway.
  11. While cooking, mix the sauce ingredients. 
  12. Top with sesame seeds when done cooking. 
  13. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before you eat.
