If you’ve got an air fryer, use it to make this delicious Air Fryer Hawaiian Pizza for lunch or dinner. It’s such a simple recipe with a sweet and savory flavor that you’ll thoroughly enjoy.
What Is a Hawaiian Flatbread Pizza?
The Hawaiian Flatbread Pizza has a thinner, crisper crust because you’ll use naan bread as the crust. You can easily find this type of bread at the grocery store. It’s known for getting crispy when baked in the oven or added to the air fryer.
The toppings on your pizza will combine savory with sweet because you’ll use ham chunks, mozzarella cheese, and some pineapple chunks as toppings. If you’ve never tried pineapple on a pizza, you’ve got to try this recipe. It’s effortlessly good.
What to Do If You Don’t Have an Air Fryer
If you don’t have an air fryer, but you’d still like to prepare this easy and delicious pizza, it’s not a problem. You’ll need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, wait for it to get hot, and then place the prepared pizza on a baking sheet in the oven.
It may need to cook a bit longer in the oven than it would in the air fryer, but you might not mind. It’s a good idea to check on the pizza after about eight minutes. Depending on the size of your pizza, it may take 10-15 minutes for it to cook all the way.
What Makes This Recipe a Good One to Make?
The Air Fryer Hawaiian Flatbread Pizza is a good recipe to make because you can assemble the pizza in two minutes.
It won’t take long to spread out your sauce and add your toppings, especially if you’ve already chopped the ham and pineapple into pieces for the pizza.
Besides assembling it so quickly, it’ll cook in as little as five minutes in the air fryer. You’ll have a crispy, flavorful pizza to enjoy in no time.
