In lieu of our regularly scheduled Weekly Wednesday Workout I am bringing back 5 of the top fat burning gym workouts of 2014! These workouts are super popular on Pinterest! Oh yes. I'm going to Florida soon so I'm all about thinking about my body, even in winter. I love that these gym workouts seem manageable, even for me.
