Weekly Wednesday Workout: Downward Dog Leg Lift
Time to work those legs (and pretty much the rest of your body!)
I love yoga, but I am terrible at it. Last month when I took my first yoga class in ages, the instructor made me do this move. I thought I had serious upper body strength but somehow when I get into a downward dog position I am hurting! Add these leg lifts and the burn is real. What I like about the move is the stretch that comes with the move and the fact that we are using pretty much every muscle in the body. This is the perfect move to get your legs toned, strong and limber!
