These lucky charms cookies are so fun and delicious for any St. patrick's Day celebrations!


  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup lucky charms marshmallows


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Using a hand mixer in a medium bowl, beat together butter and brown sugar until well incorporated.
  3. Add egg to sugar mixture and beat until well incorporated.
  4. Whisk flour and baking soda together in a small bowl.
  5. Add in flour mixture and beat until well incorporated. 
  6. Fold in lucky charms marshmallows and roll dough into 1in balls.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. 
  8. Once you take the cookies from the oven, place a few marshmallows on top of the cookies.
