Slow Cooker Apple Cinnamon Rolls Casserole

This is a fun twist on your favorite breakfast! These Slow cooker apple cinnamon rolls are topped with delicious frosting.

Have you ever tried to make breakfast in the slow cooker?

It can be a challenge to get flavors that work well together and have the right texture. Even too much liquid in the recipe can make everything soggy, which is no good when you’re wanting something yummy.

These amazing apple cinnamon rolls are cooked to perfection in the crockpot for a delicious casserole.

The best part is the incredibly delicious, gooey apple custard that tops them off. You’ll be so surprised at how easy this recipe is!

Check out these super simple ingredients:

2 tubes of cinnamon rolls, cut into quarters & set icing packets aside

2 granny smith apples, diced small

Custard:

2 eggs

½ cup heavy cream

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons brown sugar

All things that you likely already have, so why not make this delicious dish?

A great place to serve this tasty treat is at brunch or even just a fun sweet addition to breakfast. It can also work well as a really good dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Either way, it’s delicious.

This recipe require you to slow cook the cinnamon rolls on low for four hours. You can prepare a nice big feast in that time frame.

You’ll want to make sure that the inside of your slow cooker is clean. Once it’s clean and dry, spray some cooking oil on the inside. This will help to prevent any sticking later on.

These are classic flavors that the family will absolutely adore. This is a great dish for family gatherings or even the holidays.

Enjoy!
