Jalapeno Burger Sliders
If you love a little kick in your food, these jalapeño sliders are about to be your new obsession! Juicy beef patties, a creamy, cheesy jalapeño spread, and crispy bacon all packed into soft, toasty rolls—it’s like a spicy, melty bite of heaven.

Ingredients

- Ground beef (or turkey if you’re feeling leaner)—because a slider needs a solid, juicy base
- Salt and pepper—to bring out all that meaty goodness
- Slider rolls—because mini burgers deserve the best fluffy buns
- Cream cheese—softened to create a dreamy, creamy spread
- Jalapeño peppers—bringing that heat, but not too much (unless you want it!)
- Shredded cheddar cheese—because more cheese = better everything
- Milk—to make the cream cheese mixture smooth and spreadable
- Bacon—because everything is better with crispy, smoky bacon
- Jalapeño slices and extra bacon—for garnish, because we like to be extra

How to Make It
- Form the patties by dividing the beef into six equal portions, rolling them into balls, then flattening them into slider-sized burgers. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Cook them in your air fryer at 370°F for 5 minutes per side. They’ll shrink a little, so don’t be shy about making them nice and thick.
- While the patties are cooking, mix up the creamy jalapeño spread by combining the softened cream cheese, diced jalapeños, shredded cheddar, milk, and crumbled bacon in a bowl.
- Once the patties are done, place them on the bottom halves of your slider rolls.
- Scoop a generous dollop of the jalapeño cream cheese mixture onto each patty, then top with the other half of the roll.
- Serve immediately and watch them disappear!

FAQS
Can I make these spicier? Absolutely! Leave some of the jalapeño seeds in or add a dash of hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture. If you really want to turn up the heat, throw in some diced habaneros.
Can I use a different kind of cheese? Of course! Pepper jack would add even more spice, or you could mellow it out with mozzarella.
Can I grill or pan-fry the patties instead of air frying? Yep! Just cook them on a hot skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side or toss them on the grill for that smoky char.
What’s the best way to make these ahead of time? You can prep the cream cheese mixture and shape the patties in advance, then cook everything fresh when you’re ready to serve.

My First Jalapeño Slider Experience
I remember the first time I had a jalapeño slider like it was yesterday. I was out with friends at this trendy little burger joint, and someone ordered a plate of these bad boys. I hesitated because, well, jalapeños can be a little too spicy sometimes.
But one bite in, and I was HOOKED! The heat was just right, the cream cheese cooled it down, and the crispy bacon sealed the deal. I went home that night determined to recreate them, and after a few tweaks, this version was born!

Why These Sliders Are Fun to Make at Home
Making these at home means you can control the spice level, the toppings, and how crispy you like your bacon. Plus, they’re air fryer-friendly, which means less mess, less oil, and more time enjoying your food instead of cleaning up. Also, let’s be real—homemade sliders just hit different.
Why This Recipe Works
The air fryer gives you juicy, evenly cooked patties without drying them out. The cream cheese spread balances out the spice and adds an irresistible creamy texture. Bacon adds a smoky, salty crunch that takes these sliders over the top. The soft, buttery rolls hold everything together for the perfect bite.
Make these once, and trust me—you’ll be making them all the time.
