Easy Spinach and Feta Cheese Quiche
This spinach and feta cheese quiche is so good and easy to make for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
- Frozen pie dough
- 6 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1/2 shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Feta cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Turn on oven to 180 degrees.
- Defrost the dough, prick with a fork, bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
- Put the chopped onion and spinach on the dough.
- Then grated cheddar and feta crumbs.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and vegetables
- Place the pieces of butter on top.
- Bake at 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Hi Nellie..I just came across your quiche recipe and thought I would like to make it..You mention milk but you didn't add it to the ingredient list so I haven't any idea as to how much milk to use..
