I think this recipe mixes the best of both worlds, which is chicken bacon ranch and pizza! Everyone from your family is going to love this recipe, I promise! 

What’s in Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread Pizza?

Honestly, this recipe sounds super detailed, but it’s very simple. Using the following ingredients, you’re going to have dinner on the table ASAP. 

  • 2-3 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 each of red, yellow Peppers
  • 1/4 of an Onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2-3 cups Italian cheese blend
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Most of these items you probably have on hand already. I keep tons of chicken in the freezer for recipes just like this. OH and my favorite part of this recipe? If you don’t want to use chicken, you can easily replace it with another type of protein. My favorite alternative protein to use is shrimp or even steak strips!

Easy Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread Pizza

This amazing chicken bacon ranch flatbread recipe is filled with incredible flavors and will become an instant family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 each of red, yellow Peppers
  • Pre packaged flatbread
  • 1/4 of an Onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2-3 cups Italian cheese blend
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet
  2. Add chicken, peppers and garlic to skillet
  3. Cook chicken until fully done
    *a way to test the doneness is to cut the larger pieces of chicken with a spoon, this will be easy if the chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Cut flat bread in half
  5. Drizzle lightly with olive oil
  6. Add a thin layer of cheese.
  7. Top with chicken, peppers, bacon, spinach and then more cheese. Preheat oven to 400
  8. Bake finished flatbreads for 10-15 mins until cheese is nice and melted!
