Super easy air fryer zucchini french fries that are healthy for you and served with a tasty dip!
Ingredients
- 2 zucchini, cut into 8 wedges each
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
Instructions
- To make the dip, mix together the sour cream, lemon juice, and italian seasoning in a small bowl and set aside
- Heat air fryer to 390/400 degrees
- Mix together panko, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pepper
- Place flour, egg, and panko mixture in 3 separate bowls
- Dredge the zucchini wedges in flour, then egg, then panko mixture
- Place in air fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown
- Serve with dip and enjoy!
