I’m Speaking at Fitbloggin 14!
(That is really how I reacted when I found out I got accepted!)
I am so so so excited to announce that I will be a speaker at Fitbloggin 14! My self along with my girl Kim, and some other lovely panelists will be leading a discussion on being a Fitness blogger without losing your identity. To say I am excited is an understatement. Two years ago this conference changed me forever, and there is no place I’d rather be. So to be given the honor to speak is really a blessing.
Fitbloggin will be held in Savannah Georgia this year during the last weekend of June. I can’t wait to see old friends and make some new ones and talk about my passion with my peers. I would pretty much travel the world to go to Fitbloggin not because it is the most relevant conference to what I write about, but because the conference has my heart. I always feel like a new person when I leave.

I’m starting a newsletter!
As one of my blogging goals this year, I resolved to become more of a resource for my readers. My personal journey is always a part of the equation, but it’s always fun to share what I have learned (and am still learning!) along the way in a practical manner.
I have created a newsletter that will have exclusive content not found here on the blog. I have always wanted to share this kind of stuff but it was never quite enough for a post, so a newsletter is the way to go.

Gym Workout Plans: Since I have been creating these workouts I’ve noticed that they have become very popular! Since I’m in the gym 5 times a week and always trying something new, I have plenty of workouts to choose from. All last from about 45 minutes to 1 hour and are perfect for the fellow gym rat!
Workout Motivation: if you are anything like me, sometimes you need some kind of motivation to get up and workout. I will be sharing some of my favorite quotes, sayings and reasons why you should be moving your body!

Recipes, Healthy Snacks, Healthy Options on the go: There will be a food section where I will share some of my favorite healthy foods and/or recipes. Especially built for the busy mom/career woman on the go!
