These rainbow waffles are so good and fun to make for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup all-purpose or gluten free 1:1 flour
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 drop of each americolor gel color

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl whisk together milk, egg, vanilla and melted butter.
  2. Sift in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. Whisk together until combined.
  4. Remove ½ cup batter into multiple bowls
  5. Add one drop of gel color to each bowl
  6. Mix until fully saturated.
  7. Add colors to piping bags for ease (optional)
  8. Layer in the colors, bake in waffle iron
  9. Remove, serve with waffle favorites and enjoy

Notes

If you do not use gel colors, your colors will not be as vibrant.
