FAQs:
1. Can I use frozen fruits? While fresh fruits are the best for this recipe, you can use frozen fruits if fresh ones are unavailable. Make sure to thaw and drain them thoroughly to prevent a soggy salad.
2. Can I add any other ingredients? Absolutely! Feel free to customize this salad with your favorite fruits, or add some nuts, seeds, or cheese for extra texture and flavor.
3. Can I prepare it in advance? You can prep the fruits and dressing in advance, but it’s best to mix them together just before serving to keep the fruits fresh and crisp.
Tips and Tricks:
- Cut the fruits into uniform sizes for a nice presentation and easy eating. To keep the fruits from browning, toss them in a little lemon juice. Serve the fruit salad chilled for the most refreshing taste.

Where to Serve:
This Healthy Summer Fruit Salad is versatile enough for any occasion – from backyard BBQs and picnic lunches to brunch parties and dinner desserts. It’s also a perfect snack to cool down on a hot summer day or a light dessert to finish off a heavy meal.
Storage:
Store the fruit salad in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Keep in mind that some fruits might soften and release juices over time.

Grab a large cutting board and those summer fruits, plus a large glass bowl (because seeing the beautiful fruits in a clear glass bowl makes it so pretty!).
Tips To Keep Fruit Salad Fresh
Fruit Salad Turns Soggy: This might happen if the fruits are overripe or if the salad sits for too long. Use fresh, ripe fruits and mix the salad just before serving.
Dressing is Too Tart or Sweet: Adjust the citrus and honey in the dressing according to the sweetness of the fruits and your personal preference.
Browning of Fruits: Certain fruits like apples and pears brown quickly when cut. To avoid this, toss them in a bit of lemon juice.
