Tips and Tricks for Making Stuffed Baked Peaches Dessert
1. Choosing the Right Peaches: Opt for ripe but firm peaches. Overly ripe peaches can become mushy when baked, while unripe peaches may not provide the right level of sweetness.
2. Pitting Peaches: Use a knife to cut around the peach along its natural line. Twist the two halves apart, then use a spoon to carefully scoop out the pit. Be careful not to tear the peach halves.
3. Extra Flavor: Brush the peaches with a bit of melted butter and sprinkle some cinnamon before baking for an enhanced flavor profile.
4. Presentation Tip: Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream on the side.
