Easy Weeknight Instant Pot Taco Spaghetti

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 13 minutes
Total Time: 18 minutes

This amazing taco spaghetti dish is made quickly in the instant pot for an easy weeknight dinner!


  • 1lb Ground Beef or Turkey
  • 8oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 10oz Can Rotel
  • 1oz Taco Seasoning (1 packet)
  • 8oz Spaghetti Noodles
  • 3 Cups Chicken Broth


  1. Turn the instant pot to Sauté & brown the ground beef/Turkey. 
  2. Drain out any grease.
  3. Add in taco seasoning, Rotel, and broth. 
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add in uncooked spaghetti noodles and gently submerge under the liquid.
  6. Pressure cook for 8 minutes on HIGH with a quick release.
  7. Stir in cheddar cheese. 
  8. Enjoy!
