Easy Weeknight Instant Pot Taco Spaghetti
This amazing taco spaghetti dish is made quickly in the instant pot for an easy weeknight dinner!
Ingredients
- 1lb Ground Beef or Turkey
- 8oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 10oz Can Rotel
- 1oz Taco Seasoning (1 packet)
- 8oz Spaghetti Noodles
- 3 Cups Chicken Broth
Instructions
- Turn the instant pot to Sauté & brown the ground beef/Turkey.
- Drain out any grease.
- Add in taco seasoning, Rotel, and broth.
- Mix well.
- Add in uncooked spaghetti noodles and gently submerge under the liquid.
- Pressure cook for 8 minutes on HIGH with a quick release.
- Stir in cheddar cheese.
- Enjoy!
