Weekly Wednesday Workout: Scissor Lifts

Time to work those abs again!

We are back on the floor working on our abs again this week! These look super easy but are deceptively hard! When I do these I feel like I can feel every single ab muscle begging for mercy! What I love about this particular video are the different leg positions for varying degrees of difficulty. 🙂

Have you ever tried scissor lifts?

Okay, just tried these on my family room floor, and they are awesome! Straightening out the legs makes it so much harder, but felt so good too!
