Awesome Abs Workout: Scissor Lifts

Time to work those abs again! Let’s face it, ab workouts can sometimes get boring really quickly. Especially if you are doing the basic moves like crunches or bicycles. Be sure to try these scissor lifts for adding a new move to your routine!

These are best done on the floor (like most ab exercises) and will challenge new muscles! These are a great way to tone up the legs too!

We are back on the floor working on our abs again this week! These look super easy but are deceptively hard! 

When I do these I feel like I can feel every single ab muscle begging for mercy! What I love about this particular video are the different leg positions for varying degrees of difficulty. You can bend your legs or straighten them!

These are fantastic to multi task while binge watching your favorite show!

Okay, just tried these on my family room floor, and they are awesome! Straightening out the legs makes it so much harder, but felt so good too!
