Weekly Wednesday Workout: Tricep Push ups
I got a request from my friend Joi to focus on the the upper body, So let’s try to get guns like hers, shall we?
I like these, these are a regular move on the Jamie Eason program and I can barely get through the required 3 sets of 15! (sidenote: The lady in the video is JACKED! Dang! I bet if she was my trainer, she would scare me into losing the weight :)) These will have your triceps burning and begging for mercy. It is a fun twist on the regular push ups targeting that infamous flabby area most women have.
