Weekly Wednesday Workout: Tricep Dips
For this week’s workout, it is a oldie but a goodie. I haven’t done these since I attended Total Body Class, but they are a regular move in weeks 3 & 4 of the Jamie Eason program.

The tricep dip is an easy move that doesn’t require anything but a chair or  a couch and I know you have got one of those! In just a few of these your triceps will be on Fire!  It is a really good way to tone up the “chicken wing” area that most of us have issues with! A few of these day will drive your chicken wings away 🙂 Seriously, Jamie requires 30 of them and I was TOO happy to be done with that set! They are tough but super effective, just like I love my Weekly Wednesday Workouts. 🙂

I’m back so soon! I despise these suckers! I probably won’t return to the latest pump release any time soon purely bc the tricep dips were murder!

Ouch! Just looking at that picture brings memories of Body Pump flowing back!! I haven’t done dips like that in a while but YES that is a very effective move. Maybe I’ll make my Power Sculpt class do them….:-)

I’ve done these before, and yes, they are super easy to grasp, but so HARD TO DO! 30?!? I would have died!
LOL I took one minute breaks in between each set of 10! But Goodness by the end, I was ready to fall out!
Ooooh! Tricep Dips are something I do when I’m feeling a need for a burst of exercise in my office…just use the closest stationary chair and get moving!
What a great idea!! Now to find a stationary chair!

Love, love, love tricep dips! Things that don’t require weights and I can work into a Pilates routine are always good in my book.
