Weekly Wednesday Workout: Lunges With Variety
Since I haven’t missed a total body class since the new year has begun, I have found myself doing a lot of lunges. ย Lunges are an amazing lower body workout and I usually feel so sore after doing these.

What I really like about this video (apart from the ah-mazing decor and background music) is the variation of lunges that you can do while using light to medium dumb bells. ย These are super easy to do at home or at the gym. I am a fan of any movement that works multiple body parts, its all about working smarter not necessarily working longer.

LMBO I am with Miz I lunge around the house but the decor in the video is fab.
If I had a workout routine I would totally do lunges! I need a routine…so yes, I resolve to get one and do some lunges! ๐
