Weekly Wednesday Workout: Lunges With Variety
Since I haven’t missed a total body class since the new year has begun, I have found myself doing a lot of lunges. Lunges are an amazing lower body workout and I usually feel so sore after doing these.
What I really like about this video (apart from the ah-mazing decor and background music) is the variation of lunges that you can do while using light to medium dumb bells. These are super easy to do at home or at the gym. I am a fan of any movement that works multiple body parts, its all about working smarter not necessarily working longer.
