Weekly Wednesday Workout: Oblique Crunches
So I was actually looking for something else when I found this video, but I liked this one more so I will share it with you guys:
A while ago I spotlighted a similar workout with the Plank with Oblique Crunch, but this one is different. This time you are on your side as opposed to being in plank position the entire time. As far as easy goes, I definitely would not consider this one easy. I think anyone can do it yes, but how many you can do is relative. I have done these before, not recently, but when I have done them boy did I feel them in the morning!
